What You’ll Discover in These 9 Weeks
In this 9-part interactive training, Daisy will guide you in the foundational movements, spiritual skills, and competencies of the Radiant Lotus Qigong Path you'll need to fully integrate and sustain your daily self-care practice.
This is your opportunity to learn the full cupping-and-shaking routine (covering the entire body), full-body self-massage, as well as all six Tibetan sound practices — over nine spacious weeks of discovery, application, and healing.
The course features Qigong practices specific to women for enhancing health and longevity. Daisy begins each class with a 10-minute centering meditation, followed by a 30-minute teaching and a 20-minute Qigong demonstration.
Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles forming the foundation of this unique path of healing for women.
In this 7-session introductory training, Daisy will guide you through the fundamental spiritual skills and competencies of the Radiant Lotus Qigong Practice.
Ideally, you will have viewed at least the first three introductory video teachings prior to beginning the intensive training, although you can view them at any time.
